Regarding cancellations

If you cancel 15 or more days before your visit, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
Otherwise, the cancellation fees are as follows.
9-14 days before your visit: 10% of your booking
6-8 days before your visit: 20% of your booking
2-5 days before your visit: 30% of your booking
1 day before your visit: 50% of your booking
Same day: 100% of your booking
If public transportation services are suspended due to bad weather or similar unforeseen circumstances, we will not collect cancellation fees.
